- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the pretzels into small coarse crumbs. Mix with melted butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press firmly into an even layer across the bottom of a 9 × 13-inch baking dish.

- Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden at the edges. Cool completely on a rack, allowing about 30–45 minutes. Follow the bakeware manufacturer's guidance; do not expose a hot glass pan to a cold surface or put it directly in the refrigerator.

- Beat softened cream cheese and 150 g sugar until smooth. Gently fold in refrigerator-thawed whipped topping. Spread over the fully cooled crust, sealing all edges and corners without exposed crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes while preparing and cooling the topping.

- Sprinkle 14 g certified halal powdered beef gelatin evenly over 120 ml cold juice in a heat-safe bowl. Hydrate for about 5 minutes. Heat the remaining 360 ml juice until steaming, just below a simmer, and remove from heat. Stir into the bloomed gelatin until all grains dissolve. Do not boil the gelatin mixture. Follow your gelatin manufacturer's method if it differs.

- Cool the dissolved juice mixture to room temperature, stirring occasionally; a cool-water bath around the bowl can help. Keep it pourable and do not allow it to set into lumps. It must not feel warm enough to soften the cream layer. Gently stir in well-dried sliced strawberries.

- Ladle the cooled fruit mixture gently over the chilled filling without digging into it. Distribute berries evenly. Refrigerate at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, until the center is firmly set rather than liquid. Cut into 16 portions with a clean knife and lift with a flat spatula. Keep refrigerated.

Notes
This exact fruit-juice and beef-gelatin adaptation has not been kitchen-tested by Tastewiser. Make a trial batch before serving at an event. Nutrition is calculated for one of 16 portions and varies by product and slice size. Use certified halal beef gelatin, not unspecified gelatin, collagen peptides or a direct agar substitution. Verify all ingredient labels. Keep covered at 40°F (4°C) or below; serve next day for best texture and plan to use refrigerated leftovers within 2 days as a quality target, not a tested shelf life. Limit time out of refrigeration to 2 hours, or 1 hour above 90°F (32°C).
