Health disclaimer: This meal planner provides general educational guidance only and is not medical advice or a therapeutic diet. Calorie and protein targets are estimates. BMI is a screening measure only. Meal nutrition varies by ingredients, portions and preparation. No specific weight loss, weight gain or health outcome is guaranteed. If you are pregnant, under 18, have a medical condition, take medicines affecting weight or appetite, have an eating disorder or history of disordered eating, or require a therapeutic diet, consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before changing your diet.

How the personal meal planner works

Enter your age, height, weight, activity level, goal and meal preferences. The planner estimates a daily calorie and protein target, then creates a flexible 7-day meal structure that you can remix and download as a TasteWiser PDF.

Personalize the plan to your goal

You can choose gradual fat loss, weight maintenance or gradual weight gain, along with balanced, higher-protein, lighter-meal or lower-carb preferences. You can also enter foods to avoid. The generated meals are examples rather than medical or therapeutic prescriptions.

About calories and protein in the plan

The planner provides estimated daily targets and approximate meal budgets. Real nutrition varies with ingredients, serving sizes, brands and cooking methods, so the numbers should be treated as planning estimates rather than exact intake requirements.

Download your 7-day meal plan

After generating a plan, use the PDF button to save a branded copy with your target summary, seven-day schedule, TasteWiser branding and health disclaimer.

Need to track your daily intake as well? Open the BMI & Nutrition Tracker, or browse all options on the Nutrition Tools hub.

How the planner estimates your targets

The planner uses standard predictive inputs such as age, sex, height, weight and activity to estimate daily energy needs, then applies your selected planning goal. Predictive equations can be useful for general planning but may differ from measured resting energy expenditure for an individual. Protein values are general targets rather than therapeutic prescriptions. For authoritative nutrient-reference information, see the NIH Dietary Reference Intake resources.
